To cook a good recipe : focaccia al formaggio

Focaccia al formaggio (vegetale): farina,lievito,sale,acqua. impastare, lasciare lievitare per un’ora e mezza poi tagliare in due parti e distendere la prima sfoglia riempiendola con formaggio , un poco di sale e spezie a scelta e poco olio. Dopo stendere la seconda sfoglia e coprire la prima , aggiungere olio e qualche pomodorino sottile con sale. Cuocere per 20 minuti a forno ventilato e servire caldo

Focaccia with cheese (vegetable): flour, yeast, salt, water. knead, let rise up for an hour and a half ; then cut into two parts and stretch the dough before filling it with cheese, add a little salt and spices of your choice and a little of oil. After put the second roll out pastry to cover the first, add oil and some thin tomato with salt. Cook for 20 minutes , and serve hot
