Ancora cucina! (again..cook)

“Castagnaccio”: preparato in tegame con farina di castagna, latte, olio, acqua,pinoli. Decisamente buono. Si regola la quantità, non troppa, di modo che non risulti spesso e lo si cuoce in forno senza che diventi secco.

“Castagnaccio” prepared in a pan with chestnut flour, milk, oil, water, pine nuts. Definitly good. Have to regulate the amount, not too much, so at the end that is not thick and it is cooked in the oven without let it become dry.
